Jutongon is an established local grocery store since 1960 that specializes in premium quality dried goods at a very competitive pricing. At Balance Tree, we delighted to be partnering with Jutongon in this gift set for their exquisite XinJiang Jujubes and Bentong Ginger with our Ginger Soap Bar. WARNING: this will tune your DIY hands ON.

It's a classic Korean ginger jujube tea that is full of antioxidants and Vitamin C. This tea  recipe contains bits and pieces of sliced ginger, jujube and raw honey will calm and clear the mind with a little kick of spice from ginger.

Method:
Skin ginger, pit jujube, slice both into small strips, add honey and make sure the ingredients are well-coated with honey (use a mixing bowl for better mixing), then jar it up, let it sit at room temperature for a day. (We've included raw honey and an empty acrylic jar)

Serve:
Boil water (add a stick of cinnamon), add 1-2 spoonful of the mix you just did, stir and enjoy.

Preserve:
Store in the fridge and it lasts for a month.
